How does Talk&Buy work? What's this store with little characters?
Talk&Buy is an e-commerce platform where customers move around the store as pixel characters — like in a 2D game. They see each other, can chat, browse products, and buy. As the owner, you see all visitors in real time and can reach out to them.
Do my customers need to install anything on their phone or computer?
No. The store runs in a web browser — both on a computer and on a phone. No installation, no apps.
Can I chat with customers live?
Yes. You can see customers moving around the store and write to them at any time. Customers can also chat with each other.
How much does it cost? Is there a free trial?
We offer two plans: for very small shops (199 zł net/mo.) and for larger shops (499 zł net/mo.). You can try each one free for 7 days.
How long does it take to launch the store?
You can have a working store on the same day. We help with setup — just get in touch with us.
Do I need technical knowledge to get started?
No. The admin panel is simple and intuitive. If anything proves difficult, we'll help you from day one.
What languages does the platform support?
The platform interface is available in 23 languages. The store automatically displays in the language of the customer's browser.
Does the platform automatically translate my product descriptions?
No — the platform does not translate product content automatically. You can enter names and descriptions in multiple languages yourself, and the platform will show them to customers in the right language.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. The store can run under your own domain. We'll help with the configuration.
What payment methods does the platform support?
The platform integrates with popular payment gateways and supports multiple currencies.
Can I integrate courier companies?
Yes. From the panel you can order labels and track shipments — without manually copying data.
What happens when the trial period expires?
After 7 days you choose a plan and continue without interruption. If you decide not to subscribe, the store will be deactivated.
